Quick Guide
- Finish the tutorial before building a repeatable leveling routine.
- Open U and choose Mission Bird after it is unlocked.
- Read the mission rank, requirements and current objective.
- Use blue-marker quests or available events between missions.

Clover RPG level guide: choose your next milestone
Complete the village story first. It gives you a weapon, introduces gathering and the broom, and leads you toward the mission system. If Johan is your current roadblock, finish the broom unlock rather than skipping the tutorial to grind a distant enemy.
After the mission introduction, use U and select Mission Bird. Look at the Mission Orders panel and choose a rank your character can actually enter. The panel separates available missions from locked ranks, so character level and mission rank should not be treated as the same progress bar.

Build a mission loop around the tasks you can enter
Request an available mission, follow its objective and complete the required action. Check the mission’s own timer and task text rather than assuming every mission has the same duration or reward. Then return to Mission Bird when you are ready for another task.
The observed panel includes a mission-ticket counter. When you cannot request another task, read the current count and interface message before assuming that your character is stuck. The walkthroughs use other activities between mission requests; this page does not claim a fixed ticket-refill time.
Use blue-marker quests between missions
The gameplay guides distinguish yellow one-time quests from blue repeatable quests. Complete a useful blue quest, then check whether the NPC is ready to offer it again. Their recorded cooldown claims vary, so this route does not turn one author’s estimate into a universal ten-minute timer.
For a concrete one-time village task, use the three wagon wheel route and finish its return conversation. For repeatable tasks, read the actual objective, reward and travel involved. A high reward on paper does not establish the fastest XP route for your equipment or current rank.
Keep character level, weapon proficiency and skills separate
A character level increase can make a new task or ability available, but a filled weapon-proficiency bar still needs its own dojo upgrade. If a better weapon remains unusable, check the weapon proficiency requirements rather than continuing to add character levels without checking the gate.
After your first Grimoire, visit Inner Realm and unlock an available ability. A newly acquired magic does not mean every spell is already learned. The magic skills guide explains the active-ability and passive entrances.
Follow the Grimoire quest when it appears
Follow Arcane Whispers when your own journal makes it available. The collected recordings contain conflicting level-10 and level-15 advice, including an explicit correction in one playthrough. That is why this route uses the actual quest as its checkpoint.
The Grimoire ceremony walkthrough begins with that quest active. This page does not claim a fastest leveling time, an EXP-per-hour figure, a fixed level cap or a guaranteed endgame build. Its aim is to help you identify the next usable progression system.
