When does the Clover RPG Grimoire quest become available?
Continue the opening village story until Arcane Whispers appears in your journal. Its objective sends you to discover your magic rather than to grind a random enemy for a book drop. If you have not reached that stage, use the beginner route to finish the earlier village tasks.
Release guides disagree on the level threshold: some use 10, while a longer progression video explicitly corrects that advice to 15. Treat the quest appearing on your own character as the usable signal. The route below begins with Arcane Whispers active and does not promise that reaching a particular level alone unlocks it.

Return to Merlin after awakening
After awakening, follow the journal’s Return to Merlin objective. Receiving a magic and completing the whole story hand-in are separate checkpoints. The awakened screenshot still shows that return task unfinished, so do not stop merely because the ceremony counter has turned green.
Once you are ready to inspect your new magic’s progression, the walkthroughs use U to open the utility wheel and select Inner Realm. Inspect the available abilities and their displayed requirements there. Requirements, prices and further upgrades should come from your current interface; a newly obtained Grimoire does not establish that every spell is already unlocked.
What to check if the route does not advance
If the entrance does not match the screenshot, first confirm that Arcane Whispers is the tracked task and that you are at its Wisdom’s Peak destination. If a dialogue offers several options, read the choice before closing it. Do not substitute a paid reroll for an unfinished quest interaction.
If you have already seen an awakening message, check for the return objective instead of repeating the ceremony. Magic rerolls and advanced spell unlocks are separate tasks; their complete current costs and free sources have not been established by this walkthrough.
